Welcome to Prime Mobile Detailing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile auto detailing services, website, and any related services provided by us.

By booking a service with Prime Mobile Detailing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided

Prime Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile car cleaning and detailing services at a location designated by you. The scope of services may include but is not limited to, exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and ceramic coating.

 

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online or by phone.

  • Accurate vehicle and location information must be provided.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed location and time.

  • Remove all valuables and personal items before the detailing appointment.

  • Provide a safe and legal space for our technicians to work.

  • Inform us of any pre-existing vehicle damage or sensitivities (e.g., aftermarket wraps or delicate surfaces).

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept cash only!

  • A service may be subject to a deposit or prepayment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Prime Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen issues.

 

6. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.

  • Extremely soiled vehicles may incur an additional charge.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a safety, health, or legal risk.

 

7. Damage and Liability

  • We exercise reasonable care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or deterioration

    • Items left in the vehicle

    • Damage resulting from improperly installed parts or aftermarket equipment

  • If any new damage occurs during service, please report it within 24 hours for investigation.

 

8. Weather Policy

Our services may be affected by inclement weather. In such cases, appointments may be rescheduled at no cost to you.

 

9. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We stand behind the quality of our work and may offer satisfaction guarantees on select services.

  • Any claim or concern must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

 

10. Use of Website or App

By using our website or mobile app:

  • You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in illegal activity.

  • All content is the intellectual property of Prime Mobile Detailing and may not be copied without permission.

 

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and use your information.

 

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
