1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer one of the following remedies:

A complimentary re-service of the affected area

A partial refund

A full refund in rare cases where the service was not rendered at all or was significantly below expectations
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or re-services may be offered under the following circumstances:

The service was not completed as described or agreed upon

You report the issue within 24 hours of service completion

Photos or other documentation are provided to support your claim (if applicable)
Refunds will not be provided for:

Pre-existing stains or damage that could not be removed despite best efforts

Weather-related issues after service is completed

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (see cancellation policy)

Services rendered more than 24 hours ago without a formal complaint
